Getting started

This guide takes you from signing in to creating your first booking.

1. Sign in

TranspoX uses your phone number. Enter it, verify the OTP, then set a PIN — after that you sign in with just the PIN on that device.

2. Create your organization

Enter your business name, GSTIN and PAN. You can complete the rest of the profile later.

3. Choose your business type

Pick one:

• Booking — you take orders from parties and arrange transport.
• Broker — you arrange trucks for booking offices or parties.
• Booking + Broker — you do both, and can switch sides inside the app.

This decides which modules you see.

4. Add your first branch

Every booking belongs to a branch. Add at least one before creating bookings — the first branch is automatically your default.

If you skip this step, booking creation will tell you to complete branch setup first.

5. Complete your business profile

Go to Settings → Business Profile and fill in your logo, tagline, address lines, GSTIN and phone numbers. This is what prints on the letterhead of every LR, challan, loading slip and quotation, so it is worth doing before you generate documents.
