AI-powered transport & logistics management

Built for Indian booking offices and brokers. Photograph the invoice and the booking fills itself — then the LR, the challan and the GST bill come off your own letterhead, and the ledger chases what is still owed.

Everything in one place

Every document and register a booking office runs on

The paperwork of an Indian transport business, generated from the booking you already entered — instead of written twice into a register and a bill book.

Consignment note (LR)

Raise a lorry receipt on your own letterhead, with consignor, consignee, invoice lines and per-line e-way bill numbers. Prints in four copies.

Challan & hire slip

The vehicle hire document with the manifest of consignments aboard, driver and owner particulars, freight, advance and balance.

GST freight bill

A tax invoice against the party with CGST, SGST or IGST at the rate you charge, a GR grid of the consignments billed, and your bank details to pay into.

E-way bill expiry alerts

Validity tracked per consignment, with a warning before a bill expires in transit rather than after a checkpoint has already stopped the vehicle.

POD handover chain

Follow the proof of delivery from the consignee back through driver, truck owner and broker to your office — so you know who is holding it.

Party & broker ledger

What each party owes and what is owed to each broker and truck owner, settled against real receipts and payouts rather than a spreadsheet.

Warehouse custody

Goods booked in and released as a movement ledger, so stock at a shed is the difference between the two and never a figure that drifts.

Live vehicle tracking

Vehicle positions on a map against the booked route, with a projected delivery date you can give the party before they ring to ask.

Branches & staff permissions

Give each office its own bookings and each person only what their role needs — counter staff, accountant, branch manager or owner.

AI built in

Stop typing what you are already holding

The invoice is in your hand, the load is in your head, the POD is on the driver’s phone. The AI in TranspoX turns each of those into a booking, a delivery or an answer — as a draft you check, never as something it did by itself.

Scan the invoice

Photograph a party invoice or e-way bill and the booking form comes back filled — parties matched to your masters, GSTIN and e-way bill number verified.

Say it out loud

“Nagpur se Raipur, 12 ton steel, bees hazaar bhada.” Dictate the load the way you would say it on the phone and get a draft booking.

Read the POD photo

Date, receiver, LR number, stamp and signature read from the driver’s photograph — and shortage or damage remarks flagged before you close the trip.

Chase the money

The overdue list worked out from delivery dates and each customer’s credit days, with the reminder drafted in their language for you to send.

Ask on WhatsApp

“Sharma Traders ka kitna bakaya hai?” answered on the number your staff already use — and only what that person’s role is allowed to see.

Off until you switch it on, and it never invents a number

The owner turns AI on. Credits come with your plan — 20, 200 or 750 a month — and every figure in an AI-written message is checked against your own records before it is shown.

How the AI works →
Why TranspoX

Not a generic ERP with a transport module

Every screen maps to something your office already does on paper — and every document that comes out of it is one you could hand to a party, a driver or a bank.

Documents on your own letterhead

An LR is not an internal record — it goes to a party, a driver, sometimes a bank. Your logo, GSTIN, CIN, PAN, both office addresses and your jurisdiction print on every one, and the consignment note comes out in four copies.

  • Consignor copy
  • Consignee copy
  • Driver copy
  • Transporter / file copy

Five documents in all — consignment note, challan, loading slip, GST freight bill and quotation — each with layouts to choose from, or a layout we build to match the printed book you already use.

Masters that stay clean

Parties, brokers, truck owners, vehicles and drivers — entered once, filtered to the side you are working on, and matched automatically when a scanned invoice names one you already have.

Two questions, two chips

Where the goods are and whether the party has paid are separate questions — a load can be on the road and settled, or delivered and still owing. They never get flattened into one word that hides half the answer.

Booking office, broker, or both

Run one side or both. A combined business switches between them without logging out, and each side keeps its own bookings, trips and settlements. Mobile-first, so staff raise a booking and share the LR on WhatsApp from wherever the truck is.

Questions

What transport offices ask us first

If yours is not here, ask it — we answer from the product, not from a brochure.

What is a transport management system (TMS)?
A transport management system is the software a transport business runs its movements on: the bookings it takes, the documents those bookings produce, where each load has reached, and who has paid for it. In India that means the consignment note or builty, the challan, the GST freight bill, the e-way bill numbers recorded against each consignment, the proof of delivery, and the party and truck-owner ledgers. TranspoX is a TMS built for that work specifically — for booking offices and brokers rather than for factories dispatching their own goods.
How is this different from Tally, or from a general ERP?
Tally and a general ERP know about invoices and ledgers; neither knows what a consignment note is, what an e-way bill expires after, or which broker is holding a POD. TranspoX starts from the booking, so the same record becomes the LR you print, the challan the driver carries, the freight bill you raise and the balance you chase. It does not replace your books: the finance report exports as CSV, so your accountant carries the figures across at the end of the period.
What is TranspoX?
TranspoX is transport management software for Indian booking offices and brokers. It covers bookings, consignment notes (LR), challans, loading slips, GST freight bills, POD tracking, party and broker ledgers, and settlements — in one app that runs on a phone, a desktop and the web. It also includes TranspoX Bid (bid.transpox.co), a load board where truck owners and brokers bid on loads posted from the app.
Can I post loads and get bids from truck owners?
Yes. Post a load from the TranspoX app with the route, load type, weight and a bid closing time, and it appears on TranspoX Bid at bid.transpox.co. Truck owners and brokers browse open loads by city and quote their price; you choose a bid, the winner enters the vehicle and driver, and the load converts into a booking or trip with the hire freight filled in. Your company name stays hidden from bidders until you accept.
Can it print a consignment note on our own letterhead?
Yes. Your company name, GSTIN, logo, address and jurisdiction are printed on every document. Several built-in layouts are available for each document, and if none of them match the printed books you already use, you can send us a sample PDF and our developers build that exact layout for your account.
Does it handle GST on freight bills?
Yes. A freight bill is a tax invoice: it carries CGST and SGST, or IGST for an inter-state supply, at the rate you charge, and states who the GST is payable by — consignor, consignee or transporter — as reverse charge often requires.
We do both booking and broking. Does that work in one account?
Yes. An organisation can be a booking office, a broker, or both. A combined business switches between the two sides in the same account, and each side keeps its own bookings, trips and settlements rather than mixing them together.
What does the AI in TranspoX actually do?
It removes typing. Photograph a party invoice or an e-way bill and the booking form comes back filled, with the GSTIN, e-way bill number, lorry number and dates checked. Dictate a booking aloud in Hindi, English or Hinglish. Read a signed POD from a driver’s photo. Draft an overdue-payment reminder in the customer’s own language. Ask what is pending on WhatsApp. Everything it produces is a draft you look at before it counts — it never creates, delivers or sends anything by itself.
Is my data sent to an AI company?
Only what a feature needs, and only when you use it — the photo you scan, the sentence you dictate, the wording of the question you ask. Your ledgers, party list and figures are not sent; answers come from our own software querying your records. AI is switched off until the owner turns it on, and can be switched back off at any time.
Do we need internet at the branch?
You need a connection to create bookings and generate documents, because everything is kept in one place so a second branch sees it immediately. It runs on an ordinary Android phone, so a branch with a mobile signal is enough — no server or local installation.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per organisation with a plan that scales by branches and staff, billed monthly or yearly. See the pricing page for current plans, or request a demo and we will size it against how many bookings your office actually raises.
Can we move our existing parties and vehicles across?
Yes. Parties, brokers, truck owners, vehicles and drivers are all master records, and we help you bring existing lists in when you start rather than asking you to retype them.
