TranspoX
Transport & logistics management for booking offices and brokers.
Everything between a party's phone call and a closed, paid booking — in one app your staff can run from a phone.
Look before you talk to us
Three of the things you would actually be handling every day, at the size you would see them. No sign-up, no form.
What an owner opens at seven
The morning briefing, what was billed against what the business kept, where the loads have reached and who owes the most — before anyone reaches the office.
What comes off your printer
The consignment note, on your letterhead, with your GSTIN, CIN, PAN and jurisdiction — invoice lines, per-line e-way bill numbers, a QR that opens the consignment, and the copy label at both ends of the sheet.
How a load reads in the list
Route as the headline, party under it, and two chips that never merge — where the goods are, and whether the party has paid.
Want to poke at the real thing instead? The Free plan takes 25 bookings a month and never expires.
Paperwork that looks like yours
An LR is not an internal record — it goes to a party, a driver, sometimes a bank. So your logo, GSTIN, phone numbers and both office addresses print on every document.
- Lorry Receipt (LR)
- Challan
- Loading Slip — broker side
- Quotation
Download as PDF, or share straight to WhatsApp from the phone.
Everything the office already does
Each module maps to a step your business already performs.
AI that fills the form
Photograph the party invoice or e-way bill, or dictate the load aloud in Hinglish, and the booking comes back filled for you to check and save.
Masters that stay clean
Parties, brokers, truck owners, vehicles and drivers — searchable, reusable, and filtered to the side of the business you are working in.
Quotations before the booking
Send a rate quote to a party, then convert the accepted quote into a booking in one tap. Party, route and rate carry across.
POD tracking
Follow proof-of-delivery from customer to driver to broker to booking office, so nothing sits unclaimed for weeks.
Answers on WhatsApp
Staff ask what is pending, where a lorry is or for a copy of an LR from the number they already use — in Hindi, English or Hinglish, limited to what their role may see.
Branches, staff & roles
Add branches, invite staff by phone number, and give each person the role and branch access they need.
The AI is described in full — what it reads, what it costs and what it is not allowed to do — on the AI features page.
What it connects to
- The GPS already in your lorries
- Your provider posts positions against a key issued to you, and they appear on the live map against the booked route. No change of provider, and the key is yours to revoke.
- Documents go out as signed links that expire, staff ask for figures on the number they already use, and payment reminders are sent from your own WhatsApp — never ours.
- Your accountant
- The finance report exports as CSV — party by party, truck owner by truck owner, month by month, accrual or cash. It does not replace your books, it feeds them.
- Not the GST portal
- Deliberately. You raise the e-way bill on the portal and record the number here, where it prints, gets format-checked and warns you before it expires. We hold no portal credentials.
From enquiry to settlement
Tracked, timestamped and searchable — the chain you already run.
- 01
Party requests transport
Log the enquiry, or send a quotation first and convert it once accepted.
- 02
Create the booking
Route, goods, weight and freight — against a party from your masters.
- 03
Assign broker or truck
Booking side assigns a broker; broker side arranges truck owner, vehicle and driver.
- 04
Generate documents
LR and challan on the booking side, loading slip on the broker side.
- 05
Deliver and collect POD
Move the POD through the handover chain until the party has it.
- 06
Mark paid and close
Record party, broker and truck-owner payment status, then close.
