Generating documents

TranspoX generates four documents: LR (lorry receipt), Challan, Loading Slip and Quotation.

Which side generates what

  • Booking side — LR and Challan
  • Broker side — Loading Slip
  • Either — Quotation

Open a booking and use the generate buttons at the bottom of the detail screen. Each document gets its own number, like LR-2026-0001.

Your letterhead

Documents print with your business profile at the top: logo, GSTIN, phone numbers, tagline and both address lines. Set these in Settings → Business Profile first — otherwise documents print with just your business name.

Downloading and sharing

Every generated document has a share button:

  • On mobile — opens the system share sheet, so you can send it on WhatsApp or save it.
  • On web — downloads the PDF.

Choosing a template

Settings → Document Templates lets you pick the layout used for each document type. More templates are being added; your selection applies to everything you generate from then on.
