Questions, answered
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan works without any payment details — you only pay when you move to Starter or Pro.
How is billing handled?
Payments run through Razorpay. You are charged per organization, monthly, and can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the organization moves back to the Free plan. Your data stays.
What counts as a booking?
One order you create in the app. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
What is an AI credit, and what uses one?
One credit is one AI answer, or one scanned page — photographing an invoice to fill a booking, dictating a booking aloud, reading a POD photo, or asking the assistant a question it needs AI to understand. Credits are pooled across your whole organisation and reset on the 1st of each month. Questions our own rules answer, the morning briefing and the drafted payment reminders all cost nothing, and anything that fails is refunded.
What happens when the month’s AI credits run out?
Nothing stops. The AI features say so plainly and you carry on entering bookings by hand, exactly as before — credits gate the AI, not the software. If you regularly need more, talk to us and we will sort out a top-up for your organisation.

Yes — upgrade at any time and the new limits apply immediately.
