TranspoX
AI built into the work, not bolted on the side

Let the AI do the typing

Photograph the invoice and the booking fills itself. Say the load out loud in Hinglish. Read a signed POD from a driver’s photo. Chase an overdue party in their own language. Ask what is pending on WhatsApp at ten at night.

Everything it produces is a draft you look at before it counts.

Freight was not printed on this invoice — enter it before saving.

Nothing is saved until you press save.

What it does

Six jobs it takes off your counter

Each one replaces typing that somebody in your office is doing today — not a chatbot in the corner of the screen.

Scan

Photograph the invoice, get the booking

Point the camera at a party invoice, an e-way bill or a PDF and the booking form comes back filled — consignor, consignee, GSTIN, route, goods, weight, invoice lines and e-way bill numbers.

  • GSTIN check digit, e-way bill number, lorry number and dates are all verified, not just copied
  • Anything it is unsure about is listed at the top for you to look at
  • Parties and vehicles are matched to your existing masters; new ones are one tap to add
Speak

Say the booking out loud

Hold the mic and say it the way you would say it on the phone — “Nagpur se Raipur, 12 ton steel, Sharma Traders, bees hazaar bhada”. It comes back as a draft booking.

  • Hindi, English and Hinglish, including bees hazaar, lakh and quintal
  • Uses the phone keyboard’s own mic — nothing extra to install
  • Always marked “dictated aloud — check the figures” before you save
POD

Read the delivery slip from a photo

The driver sends a photograph of the signed POD. It reads the date, who received it, the LR number, and whether a stamp and a signature are actually on the paper.

  • Flags shortage and damage remarks — in English, Hinglish or Devanagari
  • Says whether the photo is usable, or asks for a clearer one
  • Never marks a consignment delivered by itself — it proposes, you decide
Money

Chase payments without the awkward call

Every morning the overdue list is worked out from the delivery date and that customer’s credit days, and a reminder is drafted in the language and tone that suits how late it is.

  • A gentle note under 15 days, a request at 15, a firmer one past 30
  • Written in English, Hindi or Hinglish — set per customer
  • Sent from your own WhatsApp, after you have read it. TranspoX never messages your customers
Mornings

The day, before you reach the office

A short briefing at 7 a.m. — what is loading today, what should have been delivered and has not, whose e-way bill is about to run out, and what money came in yesterday.

  • Counted from your records by the server, not guessed
  • Read it in the app, or receive it on WhatsApp
  • Say “band karo” to stop it and “chalu karo” to start it again
Ask

Ask for a figure instead of finding it

“Sharma Traders ka kitna bakaya hai?”, “aaj kitni booking hui?”, “Nagpur ki gaadi kahan hai?” — in the app or on WhatsApp, in Hindi, English or Hinglish.

  • Answers only what your own role is allowed to see
  • Revenue and broker margin ask for your PIN first
  • Documents come back as a link that expires, not as a file that travels
WhatsApp

Your office, on the number you already use

Your staff already run the business on WhatsApp. So TranspoX answers there too — and it knows who is asking. A linked number is that person, with exactly the permissions they have in the app, and nothing more.

  • Owners are linked automatically — their number was verified at signup
  • Staff link once with a code from the app, because a typed-in number proves nothing
  • Revenue and broker margin ask for a PIN before they are shown
  • Documents arrive as links that expire, never as files sitting in a chat forever
  • Group chats get no answers at all
  • End a link from Sessions and devices, like any other login

1 AI credit per answer · your permissions apply

Not AI, deliberately

Two things that are just arithmetic

They look like AI and they are not, because plain rules on your own records are more trustworthy than a guess — and they cost no credits.

What this lane usually pays

Under the freight box: “Usually ₹42,000–₹48,000 on this route — from 3 trips in the last year.” It is the middle of your own past trips on that exact lane, in that exact direction. Nothing is invented and nobody else’s rates are involved.

No AI · no credits

The mistakes worth catching

Freight lower than the hire you are paying. An advance bigger than the whole freight. The same invoice number booked twice. One lorry on two live loads at once. Weight that does not match the invoices. Plain rules, checked as you type.

The rules it runs under

Useful, and still under your control

The fear about AI in a transport office is a machine quietly sending something wrong to a customer. So it cannot.

Off until you switch it on

AI is off for a new organisation. The owner turns it on, and can set a monthly limit per person so one member of staff cannot use the whole month in a morning.

It never invents a number

The model is never shown your database. It is handed a finished draft and asked only to word it better — and if any figure in what comes back is not in your records, the plain wording goes out instead.

Nothing is sent by itself

Every AI result is a draft: a booking you save, a delivery you confirm, a reminder you send from your own WhatsApp. Staff, roles and billing are never touched by it.

You can see what it cost

One credit per answer or per scanned page, shown on screen before and after. Background work — the morning briefing, the reminder drafts — costs nothing, and a failed answer is refunded.

Credits

Questions

What offices ask about the AI

Mostly about where the data goes and what it can do without being asked. Both are fair.

What is an AI credit?
One credit is one AI answer, or one scanned page. Credits are pooled across your whole organisation, come with your plan — 20 on Free, 200 on Starter, 750 on Pro — and reset on the 1st of every month. Questions our own rules answer are free, background work such as the morning briefing and the reminder drafts is free, and anything that fails is refunded.
Does my booking data get sent to an AI company?
Only what the feature needs, and only when you use it. Photographing an invoice sends that image; dictating a booking sends that sentence; asking a question sends the wording of the question. Your ledgers, your party list and your figures are not sent — answers are produced by our own software querying your records. AI is off until the owner switches it on, and it can be switched back off at any time.
Can the AI create a booking or mark a delivery on its own?
No. Everything it produces is a draft you look at and save. A scanned invoice fills the booking form and waits; a POD photo proposes “mark delivered” and waits; a payment reminder is written and waits for you to send it from your own WhatsApp. On WhatsApp it can read anything your role permits, but writing is always a draft confirmed with a button — and staff, roles and billing are out of its reach entirely.
Does it work in Hindi?
Yes. You can dictate a booking, ask a question or read a payment reminder in English, Hindi or Hinglish — kitna bakaya hai, कितना बकाया है or "how much is pending" all work. It understands trade words the way the trade uses them: builty for an LR, godown for a warehouse, bees hazaar for ₹20,000.
What if the scan gets something wrong?
It tells you where it is unsure before you save. GSTINs are checked against the official check digit, e-way bill numbers and lorry numbers against their real formats, and dates are read day-first the way Indian paperwork writes them. Anything that fails a check, or that the reading was not confident about, is listed at the top of the draft for you to fix.
We run on WhatsApp. Can staff use it there?
Yes. One TranspoX number serves every business, and a linked number is treated as that signed-in person with exactly their permissions. Owners are linked automatically because their number was verified at signup; staff link once with a code from the app. A link shows up under Sessions and devices, so you can end it the same way you end any other login.
Which AI does it use?
One provider is active for everything at any time, chosen by us, and it is only switched after a five-part readiness check passes. There is no silent fallback to a second provider: if the active one is unavailable, the AI features pause and everything else in TranspoX carries on exactly as normal.

Bring one of your invoices to the demo

We will photograph it on the call and you can watch the booking fill itself. If it gets something wrong, you will see that too.
